Role Overview
An expanding organization is looking for a capable Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, purchasing processes, and procurement performance. The role will focus on obtaining quality goods and services at competitive commercial terms while maintaining reliable supplier relationships and appropriate procurement controls.

The successful candidate will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, evaluate suppliers, monitor purchasing performance, and work with internal departments to ensure procurement decisions support operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies across assigned categories.
• Manage supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and performance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery terms, and service-level agreements.
• Analyze market conditions and supplier pricing trends.
• Establish procurement budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with finance, operations, logistics, and department managers.
• Develop supplier-performance metrics and regular procurement reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Maintain an effective supplier database and procurement documentation.
• Monitor contract renewal dates, supplier obligations, and commercial terms.
• Identify supply risks and establish alternative sourcing strategies.
• Support digitalization and automation of procurement processes.
• Ensure purchasing activities follow internal policies and established procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and commercial-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, contracts, and supplier evaluation.
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP or procurement-management systems is advantageous.
