What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding

Measure and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Organize events, programs etc. to boost employee motivation and retention
-
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
-
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes
-
Develop and implement projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
Desired skills and experiences
-
1+ year of robust recruitment experience is preferred
-
Driven and ambitious problem solver with high learning agility
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-
Eager to tackle demanding assignments and embrace new challenges
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
-
Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general
