About the role
The Role You’ll support daily payment operations by monitoring transactions, resolving issues, assisting with testing, and handling customer support. You’ll also play a key role in AML checks and internal communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor transactions and payment flows
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report payment issues
• Support testing of bank/payment integrations
• Handle support requests (Slack, Freshdesk)
• Review AML alerts and escalate suspicious cases • Assist Operations team with additional tasks
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3+ years in payments, fintech, banking, or customer support
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira, or Google Sheets
Important Requirement
• Must have access to Finnish bank account/s and the ability to open new ones
Working Hours
• Rotating shifts including evenings and occasional weekends
