About the role

As an Operations Specialist, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape – here’s your chance!

You will be relying on relevant data to form business insights, spot potential for development and recommend changes in the business in order to manage and grow supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Slovakia, working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Bolt’s growth by ensuring local operations and HQ teams collaborate actively to meet business goals.
• Develop strategies to strengthen the driver value proposition and grow supply base, performance, and retention.
• Analyse data to monitor supply metrics, ensure marketplace health, and act upon insights.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
• Manage and support operations projects by defining precise local processes, with a focus on strong execution and results.
• Advise and collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, and Marketing to develop and execute key growth initiatives.

About you:

• Data-driven mindset with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• University degree (completed or in progress).
• Skilled in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, with Looker and/or Tableau as a plus.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English and Estonian.
• Solution-oriented with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Team player who builds positive relationships while remaining customer-oriented and using feedback to improve services and ensure supply growth.
