We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support a set of structured, routine processes. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, works carefully, and is comfortable with repeatable daily tasks.

What you’ll do

-Work with Excel to review and maintain structured data -Perform regular checks and updates based on defined procedures -Execute tasks using internal tools and pre-built scripts -Ensure accuracy and consistency across recurring workflows -Flag any discrepancies or unusual patterns for review

-High attention to detail and accuracy -Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work -Reliable and consistent in following routines -Able to stay focused on structured tasks over time -Basic to intermediate Excel skills -Ability to follow clear instructions and established workflows
