We’re looking for a Motion Designer to turn ideas into creatives that people across the world actually stop scrolling for.

What you’ll do:

• Create advertising video creatives for the Skillsta app.

• Analyze creative performance and form hypotheses based on results.

• Brainstorm ideas together with the team.

• Collaborate closely with creative strategists.

• Continuously research competitors and industry trends.

• Generate your own ideas and bring them to life – and actually influence the product.

What you need to join us:

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally with a background in marketing.

• Proficiency in After Effects and Figma, including experience with After Effects plugins.

• Strong understanding of timing, composition, and core animation principles.

• Experience with AI tools for content generation.

• Video editing and sound design skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective animation solutions.

• Ability to prioritize, manage your own time, and optimize your workflow independently.

• A team player who’s open to feedback, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
