We are seeking an experienced Manager to support the modernization of agricultural operations through technology, data, sustainable production methods, and efficient resource management. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to Estonia’s agricultural sector while working at the intersection of farming, technology, environmental sustainability, and business operations.

The successful candidate will oversee agricultural projects and operational programmes involving precision farming, crop monitoring, farm-management technologies, automated equipment, resource optimization, and sustainable production practices.

The Manager will coordinate agricultural specialists, technology providers, equipment operators, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The role will also involve analyzing production data, improving operational efficiency, managing resources, and identifying opportunities to introduce new technologies into agricultural workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage agricultural operations and technology-driven farming initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation of precision-agriculture technologies.
• Monitor crop, soil, production, and operational data.
• Improve resource utilization involving water, energy, equipment, and materials.
• Develop strategies for improving agricultural productivity and sustainability.
• Coordinate farmers, agronomists, engineers, technology providers, and suppliers.
• Monitor operational budgets, schedules, and performance indicators.
• Evaluate agricultural equipment and digital farming solutions.
• Support automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for reducing waste and improving production efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or professional background in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agritech, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Management.
• Experience managing agricultural or technology-related operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of precision agriculture and modern farming technologies.
• Ability to work with agricultural data and operational management systems.
• Strong interest in sustainable food production and agricultural innovation.
