Position Overview

The Manager will lead initiatives designed to protect digital financial platforms against cyber threats, payment fraud, account compromise, identity abuse, and operational risks.

This role combines cybersecurity, fraud intelligence, digital identity, risk management, transaction monitoring, and security operations to strengthen the resilience of fintech products and financial technology infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity and financial-fraud prevention strategies for digital financial platforms.
• Establish frameworks for identifying and mitigating transaction-related threats.
• Lead fraud-monitoring and fraud-investigation processes.
• Analyze emerging cyber threats affecting fintech and payment environments.
• Develop risk controls for digital onboarding, authentication, account access, and payment transactions.
• Work with data teams to develop behavioral analytics and fraud-detection models.
• Establish security monitoring and incident-response processes.
• Evaluate identity-verification technologies and authentication mechanisms.
• Conduct technology and operational risk assessments.
• Coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews.
• Develop controls for account takeover, payment manipulation, credential abuse, and suspicious activity.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, product, data, and operations teams.
• Establish security KPIs and fraud-loss indicators.
• Prepare risk reports, threat assessments, incident analyses, and remediation plans.
• Continuously evaluate new cybersecurity and fraud technologies for fintech applications.
