Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital financial products.

The successful candidate will coordinate product priorities, customer requirements, commercial objectives, technology delivery, and operational considerations. You will work closely with designers, developers, analysts, compliance professionals, and senior business stakeholders to ensure products deliver measurable value.

This position requires a balanced understanding of customer needs, technology capabilities, market conditions, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and execution across assigned digital-finance products.
• Develop product priorities based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Coordinate product-development activities with engineering and design teams.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance.
• Define measurable product objectives and key performance indicators.
• Manage product-development roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion and optimization.
• Coordinate product testing, launches, and post-launch improvements.
• Work with risk and compliance teams to incorporate appropriate controls.
• Present product strategies and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining clear product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Economics, Product Management, or related field.
• Professional experience in product management, fintech, banking, technology, or digital services.
• Strong understanding of digital products and customer journeys.
• Experience working with Agile product and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business performance.
