Position Overview

An excellent opportunity is available for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and support transportation, inventory movement, delivery coordination, and supply chain activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that goods, materials, and resources move efficiently between suppliers, operational facilities, and customers.

The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouse teams, and internal departments. This position requires excellent planning abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to changing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and delivery activities with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipments and ensure deliveries are completed according to agreed schedules.
• Maintain accurate records relating to inventory movement and logistics activities.
• Communicate with transportation providers regarding schedules, delays, and operational requirements.
• Support inventory planning and warehouse coordination activities.
• Identify potential logistics challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Assist with improving transportation efficiency and operational processes.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate documentation relating to shipments, deliveries, and supplier activities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure logistics operations support wider business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Experience with logistics software or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
