ABOUT THE JOB
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission is to attract, engage, and hire talented people while creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities for a dedicated business area, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communication, and participation in interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and proactively engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels
- Partner with hiring managers and support them throughout the recruitment process, sharing recruitment best practices and market insights
- Maintain recruitment data and prepare regular reports on hiring activities and progress
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in People & Culture projects across the Baltics
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Some experience in recruitment and/or talent sourcing
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection principles, including candidate sourcing and competence-based interviewing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confidence working with data and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, reporting)
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
