- Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- General understanding of distributed systems and backend application design.
- General understanding of database concepts and experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested software.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, Git, Docker.
