About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and technology-oriented Intelligence Specialist to support the development of data-driven decision-making across a modern fintech environment.

The successful candidate will work with financial, operational, customer, product, and technology data to identify meaningful trends and generate actionable intelligence. This role combines elements of data analytics, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, financial technology, and strategic research.

You will collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, financial analysts, and business leaders to transform complex information into practical insights.

The position is particularly suited to a professional who enjoys investigating patterns, solving analytical problems, and exploring how artificial intelligence and advanced analytics can improve digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, product, and customer datasets.
• Identify trends, unusual patterns, opportunities, and potential business risks.
• Develop intelligence reports and analytical summaries for decision-makers.
• Support AI and machine-learning initiatives through data preparation and analysis.
• Monitor key business and product performance indicators.
• Work with data teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for different business functions.
• Investigate customer behavior and digital-product usage patterns.
• Support forecasting and predictive-analysis activities.
• Research emerging developments in artificial intelligence and financial technology.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and intelligent decision-support systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to measure and improve product performance.
• Present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous development of data-driven business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, fintech, AI, financial analysis, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and machine-learning applications.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly.
• High attention to data quality and accuracy.
