The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead our global influencer and advocacy initiatives, driving brand reach and awareness through creative, data-driven campaigns. You’ll manage influencer marketing activities across multiple markets, support local teams to activate creators, and oversee the the  Ambassador Program worldwide.

This role is key to shaping how we collaborates with creators to tell authentic stories, strengthen community engagement, and deliver measurable results. Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale our influencer and content creator activities across 30+ markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and third-party publishers.

• Support local marketing teams to run campaigns aligned with brand and performance goals.

• Oversee and grow the the Ambassador Program to boost brand visibility.

• Manage budgets, workflows, and influencer marketing tools to ensure smooth execution.

• Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, sharing insights and best practices.

About you:

• You have proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.

• You understand influencer marketing strategy, SaaS tools, and key performance metrics.

• You balance creativity with analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

• You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage complex global projects efficiently.

• You’re a confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and creators.

• You have experience with Google Sheets/Excel and are comfortable reporting on performance.
