Draft, review and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements, including MSAs and enterprise contracts

Support EU and US privacy compliance in day-to-day operations

Translate legal complexity into clear options, trade-offs, and provide business-oriented recommendations that support informed business decisions

Contribute your input to ongoing Legal priorities while operating within a clear strategic Legal team direction

Own your matters end-to-end with strong preparation, documentation, and disciplined follow-through

Experience navigating legal aspects of emerging technologies is highly valued. A working understanding of the US legal landscape and practical awareness of AI-related regulations are strong advantages.
