A technology-driven financial services environment is looking for a Hotel Payments Specialist to support secure and efficient payment operations for hotels, accommodation providers, and hospitality businesses across Estonia.

The Role

You will work with digital payment systems that support hotel reservations, guest transactions, deposits, refunds, corporate accounts, and supplier payments. The position requires a strong understanding of payment operations and the ability to work closely with technology and hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage digital payment transactions associated with hotel operations.
• Support payment processing for reservations, deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
• Investigate failed, delayed, duplicated, or disputed transactions.
• Perform payment reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support integration between payment gateways and hotel management systems.
• Assist with transaction monitoring and financial control procedures.
• Work with technical teams to resolve payment-system issues.
• Participate in testing new payment features and hospitality fintech products.
• Prepare operational reports covering payment performance and transaction activity.

Requirements

• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, hospitality finance, or financial operations.
• Understanding of payment gateways, digital wallets, card transactions, or banking integrations.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy when handling financial transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Experience with hotel booking or property-management systems is an advantage.
• Strong professional English; additional European languages are beneficial.
