We are seeking an experienced FX Platform Specialist to support the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of digital foreign-exchange trading platforms.

This position sits between foreign-exchange operations, technology and user experience, making it ideal for someone who understands both trading environments and the technology that supports them.

Your Mission

You will help ensure that FX platforms remain reliable, intuitive and operationally effective for users. Working with product, technology, trading and support teams, you will investigate platform issues, analyse workflows and contribute to improvements across the trading experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of digital FX trading platforms.
• Monitor platform functionality, trading workflows and user-impacting issues.
• Investigate technical and operational problems affecting FX transactions.
• Work with developers to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
• Support the configuration and testing of FX-related platform features.
• Analyse trading workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with releases, testing and quality assurance for platform enhancements.
• Review user journeys across account management, trading and transaction workflows.
• Maintain platform documentation and operational procedures.
• Monitor system-related incidents and coordinate appropriate escalation.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate trading requirements into platform improvements.
• Support integration between trading platforms, financial services and external systems.
• Contribute to platform reliability, usability and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Professional experience in forex, trading technology, fintech, banking or financial platforms.
• Strong understanding of FX trading workflows.
• Experience working with digital financial or trading platforms.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations and web-based applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, market-data systems or order-management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience with testing, incident management or product operations is valuable.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, Jira, Git or similar tools is an advantage.
