An established financial-services operation in Estonia is seeking a commercially driven FX Business Development Manager to develop institutional and professional relationships across the foreign-exchange ecosystem.

The position is designed for a relationship-oriented professional who understands FX markets and can identify new opportunities while maintaining a disciplined approach to client acquisition, partnerships, and long-term commercial development.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop new institutional and professional relationships within the FX market.
• Identify opportunities across brokers, fintech businesses, corporate clients, liquidity providers, and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective business relationships.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify commercially relevant opportunities.
• Present FX products, platform capabilities, liquidity solutions, and related services to prospective clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with compliance, operations, product, and technology teams.
• Develop commercial proposals and partnership structures.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Monitor market developments and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Work with product teams to communicate client requirements and market feedback.
• Track commercial performance and prepare management-level business-development reports.
• Represent the organisation at relevant financial-services events and industry meetings.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in FX, brokerage, banking, payments, fintech, institutional sales, or financial services.
• Demonstrated understanding of foreign-exchange products and market participants.
• Strong B2B relationship-management and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience developing institutional or professional client relationships.
• Commercially analytical approach with strong business judgement.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with compliance, legal, product, technology, and operations teams.
• Professional English; additional European languages are an advantage.
