Duties:

• Assign development tickets to product team
• Code reviews of team enforcing global QT9 Software coding standards
• Perform difficult development projects, setting product on correct trajectory and modeling for the team the coding standard for complex development
• Manage builds for major, minor, and bug fix releases to customers on product
• Coach and assist team in “leveling up” to major contributors
• Interface with product manager on direction of business rules and feature requirements
• Interface with QC on quality control/validation process
• Assist in launching new sites for validation, development, and customer needs
• Work with IT on design practices to match infrastructure changes and troubleshoot live production sites, permissions and needs for Lead, customers, and IT team on web infrastructure
