Role Summary

The Forex Brokerage Operations & Client Account Specialist will manage operational activities associated with client trading accounts, brokerage administration and foreign exchange service delivery.

The position focuses on account verification coordination, trading account maintenance, deposit and withdrawal administration, transaction investigation and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with dealing, compliance, finance and customer support teams to ensure that client account activities are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine operational activities relating to client forex trading accounts.

• Coordinate account setup, maintenance and administrative updates within brokerage systems.

• Review account information and supporting documentation in accordance with established verification procedures.

• Monitor client deposit and withdrawal requests and coordinate their processing with relevant finance teams.

• Investigate account discrepancies, transaction delays and operational service issues.

• Maintain accurate records of client account activities and administrative changes.

• Coordinate with dealing teams regarding account-related trading enquiries and operational exceptions.

• Support the monitoring of trading account restrictions and approved account configurations.

• Assist with the reconciliation of client account transactions and related financial records.

• Respond to operational enquiries from internal departments and authorised external stakeholders.

• Maintain documentation covering brokerage procedures, account administration and service workflows.

• Identify recurring account-related issues and recommend improvements to operational processes.

• Support internal reviews of client account administration and brokerage service delivery.

• Coordinate with compliance specialists when account activities require additional review.

• Contribute to improvements in operational efficiency and client account management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in forex brokerage, financial services, trading operations or client account administration.

• Understanding of foreign exchange trading accounts and brokerage operating procedures.

• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or comparable systems.

• Knowledge of deposit, withdrawal, transaction monitoring and account maintenance processes.

• Understanding of basic forex terminology, currency pairs, spreads and trading activity.

• Strong administrative, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail when handling financial records.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial administration tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage operational priorities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
