-
Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and onboarding.
-
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update customer interactions in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
-
Follow up with prospective customers, respond to objections, and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.
-
Build professional relationships with existing customers to encourage retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
-
Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth transition after a sale.
-
Monitor sales performance against agreed targets and prepare regular activity reports.
-
Follow company sales procedures, customer communication standards, and applicable financial services requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Secondary education, diploma, or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
-
Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
-
Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

-
Ability to manage leads, maintain accurate customer records, and organise follow-up activities.
-
Confidence in handling objections and explaining product benefits to different customer groups.
-
Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
-
Professional English communication skills; Estonian or other European languages are beneficial depending on the target market.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is persuasive without being aggressive, organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience. They should be comfortable working toward measurable targets and able to communicate financial technology concepts in straightforward language.
What We Offer
This opportunity provides practical exposure to the fintech industry, structured product training, and the chance to develop sales expertise within a technology-driven business.
