Role Summary

We are seeking an analytical Fintech Revenue Operations Analyst to support revenue tracking, commercial reporting, and operational performance analysis across financial technology services.

The successful candidate will analyse revenue data, monitor business performance indicators, evaluate commercial processes, and develop reporting solutions that support informed business decisions.

Working closely with finance, sales, product, and business development teams, the analyst will help improve revenue visibility, reporting accuracy, and commercial operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue performance across digital financial products and services.

• Analyse transaction volumes, customer activity, and commercial performance.

• Prepare periodic revenue reports and management dashboards.

• Evaluate pricing structures, revenue models, and service performance.

• Reconcile revenue information with finance and operational records.

• Identify discrepancies in commercial reporting and coordinate corrections.

• Monitor customer acquisition, retention, and revenue contribution indicators.

• Support financial forecasting and revenue performance analysis.

• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve reporting processes.

• Develop automated reporting tools and data analysis procedures.

• Identify operational inefficiencies affecting revenue performance.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or business intelligence.

• Understanding of fintech business models and digital payment revenue structures.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Ability to interpret complex financial and commercial datasets.

• Familiarity with CRM and financial management systems.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple analytical assignments independently.
