We are looking for a Fintech Product Strategist to develop and execute product strategies across digital financial services.

The role combines market intelligence, customer discovery, commercial analysis, technology, and product development. You will identify opportunities, establish product direction, and work with multidisciplinary teams to turn promising concepts into commercially viable fintech solutions.

What You Will Do

• Develop product strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Research fintech markets, customer behaviour, competitors, and emerging technology.
• Identify opportunities across payments, digital banking, financial platforms, and embedded finance.
• Convert market insights into product concepts, requirements, and strategic roadmaps.
• Define product propositions, target segments, and measurable success criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design teams throughout product development.
• Analyse product performance and recommend evidence-based improvements.
• Coordinate launches, market expansion initiatives, and product optimisation.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor developments in financial technology, regulation, payment infrastructure, and digital financial services.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, consulting, fintech, banking, or technology.
• Strong understanding of modern financial products and digital customer journeys.
• Excellent analytical and commercial reasoning.
• Experience translating customer research into product decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a technology-driven and rapidly changing environment.
