We are seeking a Fintech Product Operations Lead to create the operating structure that allows financial products to launch, scale, and improve efficiently.

This role is for a highly organized professional who understands that exceptional fintech products require strong operational foundations behind the technology.

The Opportunity

You will work alongside product, engineering, compliance, customer operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure that products are operationally ready and continue to perform effectively after launch.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational frameworks supporting the complete fintech product lifecycle.
• Coordinate readiness activities for new product and feature launches.
• Define processes, ownership models, controls, and escalation paths.
• Identify operational dependencies and risks before product releases.
• Monitor product performance and investigate operational issues.
• Coordinate incident and issue management across product and operations teams.
• Develop operating procedures and internal documentation.
• Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure operational controls are embedded into products.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recurring problems.
• Lead process-improvement and automation initiatives.
• Establish product-operations KPIs and management reporting.
• Coordinate post-launch reviews and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future releases.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in fintech, banking, product operations, business operations, payments, or technology.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and operational workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional product launches.
• Excellent process-design and project-management skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with product-management and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and customer-impact considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
