The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded Fintech Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of digital financial products.

The position requires someone who can connect customer needs, technology, regulatory requirements, and business objectives into a clear product strategy. You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver products that are secure, scalable, and commercially viable.

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable objectives.
• Analyse market developments, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
• Identify opportunities for new fintech products and improvements to existing services.

Product Delivery

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Lead product discovery, development, testing, launch, and optimisation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritise initiatives according to business value and customer impact.

Financial Technology

• Work with engineering teams on APIs, payment infrastructure, digital accounts, and financial platforms.
• Ensure product requirements reflect appropriate security and operational controls.
• Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and assess their practical application.

Leadership

• Mentor product professionals and establish effective product-development practices.
• Present product performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across technology, compliance, operations, and commercial functions.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of product-management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or financial technology.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technology-enabled financial products.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, financial platforms, APIs, or related technologies.
• Excellent analytical and commercial judgement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with Agile product-development methodologies.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
