Job Overview

We are seeking a Fintech Product Implementation Specialist to support the deployment, configuration, and adoption of digital financial technology solutions. The role involves working with clients and internal technical teams to ensure that financial software, payment applications, and account management systems are implemented according to business requirements.

The successful candidate will help translate operational needs into practical system configurations, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure that new customers can use fintech products reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of fintech platforms, payment applications, and digital account management solutions.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into implementation plans, configuration specifications, and system workflows.
• Support platform configuration, user access setup, API integration testing, and operational readiness checks.
• Conduct functional testing to verify that implemented features perform according to agreed requirements.
• Work with software engineers, product specialists, and operations teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, implementation guides, and technical handover materials.
• Train client representatives and internal users on product functionality and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor implementation milestones, identify delivery risks, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Support post-launch reviews and recommend improvements to implementation processes.
• Ensure that implementations follow applicable security, data protection, and internal compliance requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in software implementation, technical support, business systems, or fintech operations.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data mapping, and software testing procedures.
• Experience with project tracking tools, documentation platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business users and clients.
• Familiarity with payment systems, digital banking, or financial software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and basic project management principles is beneficial.
