Role Summary

The Fintech Procurement & Vendor Performance Analyst will support the evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of third-party suppliers and service providers. The role involves analyzing vendor performance, reviewing expenditure information, maintaining supplier records, and coordinating procurement-related assessments.

The successful candidate will help ensure that supplier relationships are properly documented, performance expectations are monitored, and procurement activities are supported by accurate information. This position requires commercial awareness, strong analytical skills, and an organized approach to vendor administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of vendors, service providers, contracts, procurement activities, and supplier documentation.

• Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels, delivery commitments, and operational expectations.

• Analyze supplier expenditure and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Prepare vendor performance reports and procurement analysis for internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate with finance teams to validate invoices, purchase records, and supplier-related expenditure.

• Support supplier evaluation and due diligence activities in collaboration with relevant internal departments.

• Track contract renewal dates, service review schedules, and procurement milestones.

• Identify recurring vendor performance issues and coordinate follow-up actions.

• Assist with the preparation of procurement comparisons and supplier assessment reports.

• Collaborate with technology teams to understand requirements for software, infrastructure, and external financial service providers.

• Maintain documentation relating to procurement decisions and vendor performance reviews.

• Recommend improvements to supplier reporting, procurement workflows, and vendor management procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience in procurement analysis, vendor management, supplier operations, or commercial administration.

• Understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and contract administration.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with expenditure and performance data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement or enterprise resource planning systems.

• Ability to prepare clear reports and maintain accurate supplier documentation.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple vendor-related activities and recurring deadlines.

• Familiarity with software procurement, payment service providers, or technology vendors is an advantage.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or technology-driven organizations is beneficial.
