The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded Fintech Payments Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of digital payment products.

You will translate customer needs, market requirements, operational considerations, and technical capabilities into products that deliver efficient and reliable payment experiences.

Core Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Define product objectives, priorities, and development roadmaps for payment capabilities.
• Analyze customer needs, market developments, and competitive dynamics.
• Translate business opportunities into clearly defined product initiatives.
• Establish measurable product outcomes and performance indicators.

Product Development

• Own product requirements from discovery through delivery.
• Develop product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout development.
• Coordinate testing, product launches, and post-launch improvements.

Payments Operations

• Collaborate with payments operations, finance, compliance, risk, and customer-support teams.
• Improve transaction flows and operational processes.
• Identify friction points across payment journeys.
• Support investigations into product-related payment issues.

Product Optimization

• Analyze product performance and customer behavior.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize improvements.
• Manage product feedback and maintain a structured product backlog.
• Continuously refine the customer and operational experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product-management experience within fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of digital payment workflows.
• Experience working with engineering and UX/UI teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder-management abilities.
• Comfortable working with data, product metrics, and technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills.
