A growing fintech organisation in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to strengthen financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and commercial analysis across a technology-driven financial-services environment.

This position combines finance leadership with fintech business intelligence. You will work closely with product, operations, commercial, and executive teams to provide the financial insight required for disciplined growth and informed resource allocation.

The Role

You will take ownership of financial planning and performance analysis while developing a clearer understanding of the economics behind products, customers, transactions, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
  • Develop financial models covering revenue, operating costs, customer economics, and product performance.
  • Analyse actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying material variances.
  • Partner with product teams to evaluate the financial impact of new products and initiatives.
  • Develop management reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into financial performance.
  • Analyse unit economics, customer acquisition costs, revenue contribution, and operating efficiency.
  • Support strategic investment and resource-allocation decisions through financial modelling.
  • Build scenario analyses for growth plans, market expansion, and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure reporting consistency and data integrity.
  • Improve financial planning processes through automation and better analytical tooling.
  • Translate complex financial information into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Establish financial KPIs and performance dashboards for business leaders.

Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, fintech, banking, or technology.
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial or business-intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical understanding of revenue models, cost structures, and unit economics.
  • Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and financial discipline.

Analytical Focus

Product economics, revenue forecasting, operating expenditure, customer profitability, scenario modelling, management reporting, business performance, financial KPIs, and strategic planning.
