  • Assist with the preparation of operational reports on alert volumes, investigation outcomes, and emerging risk trends.

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Criminology, Law, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in AML investigations, transaction monitoring, fraud analysis, compliance operations, or financial services risk.

  • Understanding of KYC procedures, suspicious transaction indicators, and financial crime prevention principles.

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, including the ability to evaluate evidence objectively.

  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, case-management platforms, or transaction monitoring systems is beneficial.

  • Ability to write clear, factual investigation summaries and maintain confidential records.

  • Sound judgement, attention to detail, and a high standard of professional integrity.

  • Knowledge of relevant European Union financial crime requirements is an advantage.

  • Professional proficiency in English; Estonian language skills are beneficial.

Performance Expectations

You will produce accurate and well-documented investigations, identify relevant risk indicators, meet agreed case-handling timelines, and contribute to continuous improvements in financial crime monitoring.

Working Approach

This role requires discretion, impartial analysis, and consistent application of internal procedures. The successful candidate will balance thorough investigations with efficient case handling while ensuring that sensitive customer information is managed appropriately.
