Key Responsibilities

• Analyse transaction, customer, operational, and financial datasets.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business and operational insights.
• Identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and emerging risks within financial data.
• Work with engineering and data teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Support fraud, payments, customer behaviour, revenue, and operational analysis.
• Build and maintain analytical models and recurring performance reports.
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for business and technology stakeholders.
• Establish appropriate data validation and quality-control processes.
• Contribute to data-driven initiatives involving digital banking, payments, financial products, and fintech operations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience working with financial, transactional, or business datasets.
• Strong SQL skills and practical experience with analytical tools.
• Experience with Python, BI platforms, or data visualisation technologies is highly valuable.
• Strong understanding of data quality, reporting, and analytical methodologies.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy, curiosity, and attention to detail.
