Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Fintech Cybersecurity Specialist to support the protection of digital financial platforms, corporate systems, sensitive information, and technology infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and operations teams to identify security weaknesses, strengthen controls, and support the secure delivery of financial technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security events across relevant systems and platforms.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities.
• Assist with security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis.
• Review application, infrastructure, and access-control configurations.
• Support identity and access-management processes.
• Participate in security assessments of applications, vendors, and technology services.
• Maintain security documentation, procedures, and incident records.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on secure development practices.
• Support security testing and remediation tracking.
• Contribute to security-awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Assist with business continuity and security-related risk assessments.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats relevant to financial technology.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of professional cybersecurity, information security, SOC, security engineering, or related experience.
• Experience working with financial services, fintech, payments, SaaS, or other technology environments.
• Understanding of network security, application security, identity management, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with SIEM, endpoint-security, vulnerability-scanning, or security-monitoring technologies.
• Strong analytical and incident-investigation skills.
• Understanding of information-security frameworks and security best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent experience are advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills.
