A technology-driven financial services environment is seeking a Fintech Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance across digital financial products, customer processes, and technology-enabled financial services.

The role is suited to a compliance professional who understands the intersection between financial regulation, technology, customer operations, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance reviews across fintech products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital financial services.
• Assist with KYC, AML, transaction-monitoring, and customer due-diligence processes.
• Review internal procedures and identify potential regulatory or operational gaps.
• Support compliance assessments for new products, integrations, and business processes.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and internal records.
• Work with operations, product, technology, and risk teams to implement compliance requirements.
• Assist with internal compliance reporting and regulatory preparation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance controls and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, compliance, AML, KYC, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial-services regulatory principles.
• Good analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation ability.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology-enabled processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into practical procedures.
