We are looking for a Fintech Business Analyst to bridge business requirements, financial processes, customer needs, and technology delivery.

This position is designed for an analytical professional who can understand complex financial workflows, identify operational problems, and translate them into clear requirements that product and engineering teams can implement.

Your Mission

You will investigate business processes, analyse requirements, document functional specifications, and work closely with stakeholders throughout the product-development lifecycle.

You will contribute to initiatives spanning payments, digital banking, financial operations, customer onboarding, reporting, and fintech platform development.

Core Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop business-process models, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, QA specialists, and compliance teams.
• Analyse customer journeys and operational workflows.
• Support development of payment and financial-service capabilities.
• Investigate system issues and help identify underlying business or process causes.
• Evaluate proposed technology solutions against business requirements.
• Support user-acceptance testing and release preparation.
• Prepare business cases, analytical reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Maintain requirements documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist with process automation and digital-transformation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of business-analysis experience.
• Background in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or technology.
• Strong understanding of business-process analysis and requirements engineering.
• Experience working with Agile product-development teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, digital platforms, and software-development lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business teams, and engineers.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
• Professional English communication skills.
