How You Will Make an Impact:
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting process in Luminor
- Analyze performance trends and deliver insights to executive management
- Coordinate Group Financial Planning and Analysis unit deliveries with CFO, Head of Performance Management, other organizational units
- Develop new and maintain existing processes and documentation, facilitate governance of performance management of Luminor
- Actively participate in development of internal tools and solutions
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement of the financial planning process
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Solid understanding of banking business
- 4+ years of experience in finance
- Well-developed presentation and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to deliver high-quality work on time under pressure
- Advanced MS Office and BI tools skills
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
