Position Overview

The Executive will provide strategic leadership for the application of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and financial data infrastructure across modern fintech operations. The position will focus on transforming complex financial datasets into commercially valuable intelligence while establishing scalable data capabilities for digital financial products.

The successful candidate will work across data science, engineering, product, risk, payments, and business functions to develop an enterprise-level approach to AI-driven financial decision-making, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish strategic direction for AI and data-driven fintech initiatives.
• Develop frameworks for predictive financial analytics and intelligent decision systems.
• Oversee development of machine-learning applications for payments, fraud detection, customer intelligence, and financial risk.
• Establish data governance, data-quality, and analytical standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive financial and operational processes.
• Develop strategies for integrating structured and unstructured financial data.
• Work with engineering teams to establish scalable data platforms and analytical infrastructure.
• Evaluate emerging generative AI and machine-learning technologies for fintech applications.
• Develop executive dashboards and financial intelligence frameworks.
• Establish KPIs for AI performance, data quality, automation, and commercial impact.
• Coordinate data scientists, engineers, product managers, analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Assess the commercial value and operational risks of emerging AI technologies.
• Lead transformation initiatives that improve financial decision-making through data.
