As an Engineering Lead, you’ll be building tools for intuitive agent-human interactions. Join our growing team in Tallinn, Estonia and make an impact!

Your daily adventures will include

• Managing engineers directly, including growth, performance management, and recruiting.

• Being deeply involved in teamwork and daily rituals- ensuring teams deliver and are accountable for business impact by adjusting culture, rituals, values, and principles as needed.

• Maintaining a long-term technical vision in collaboration with Engineering Leadership, and ensuring it is well understood and aligned across the organization.

• Ensuring the team’s goals, outcomes, and culture align with the broader vision, and that collaboration on cross-team dependencies and shared goals works efficiently.

• Being accountable for top-line business metrics within the domain.

What you bring

• A strong product, business, and metrics-driven mindset, with a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and hold teams accountable for business impact and metrics.

• Proven engineering leadership experience, managing multiple teams or organizations of 10+ engineers in product-led companies, including performance management, growth, and recruiting.

• The ability to lead effectively in fast-paced, complex environments, providing clear vision, direction, and accountability.

• A people-first leadership approach, with a strong track record of building high-performing engineering teams, growing engineers, and shaping culture, rituals, values, and principles that enable sustainable delivery.

• Strong technical judgment, with the ability to understand software architecture, evaluate trade-offs, and maintain a long-term technical vision in collaboration with Engineering Leadership.

• Experience ensuring alignment across teams, including shared goals, cross-team dependencies, and collaboration across the broader organization.

• A demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, ideally with experience in startups or high-growth environments.

• A strong interest in applying AI to product development, engineering practices, and personal productivity.

• Fluency in English and comfort with occasional non-traditional work hours; we are a startup with a global footprint and employees across 8+ countries.
