Position Overview

The Engineer will build and maintain the cloud and DevOps infrastructure required to operate reliable, scalable, and secure fintech platforms.

This position focuses on cloud engineering, automation, infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, CI/CD, observability, platform reliability, and production operations. The successful candidate will help ensure that financial applications remain highly available and resilient as transaction volumes and system complexity increase.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting fintech applications.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and automated provisioning processes.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for financial technology platforms.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish scalable deployment architectures across development and production environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and system-observability solutions.
• Develop strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Automate infrastructure management and repetitive operational processes.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis.
• Investigate production incidents and coordinate technical remediation.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to implement secure cloud configurations.
• Establish DevSecOps practices throughout the software-development lifecycle.
• Optimize cloud resources and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Support platform migrations and modernization projects.
• Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and reliability standards.

Candidate Profile
