Position Overview

We are seeking a technically strong and solutions-oriented Engineer to contribute to the planning, development, implementation, and optimization of modern energy and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work across technical planning, engineering analysis, project coordination, system performance, and continuous improvement.

The role is suited to a professional who can translate complex engineering requirements into practical solutions while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, efficiency, and technical quality. The Engineer will collaborate with project managers, technical specialists, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical concepts, calculations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in the design and implementation of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
• Review technical drawings, designs, equipment specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Monitor technical project progress and identify potential engineering risks.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Investigate technical problems and develop corrective and preventative solutions.
• Evaluate equipment, technologies, and engineering approaches for new projects.
• Contribute to energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure engineering activities are performed according to applicable technical requirements and organizational standards.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations for project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous engineering experience in infrastructure, energy, industrial, or technical environments.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with engineering software and digital technical tools.
• Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy.
• Professional proficiency in English; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
