Email Marketing Specialist 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Email Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, content, and automation tools.

You will work closely with the marketing team to design, deploy, and analyze campaigns while ensuring best practices in deliverability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute email campaigns and newsletters
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging
• Monitor performance metrics such as open rates and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with email marketing standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
