Join us to build mission-ready systems for today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges, and help shape the future of Europe’s security.We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will design electrical systems for new products and work closely with other domain engineers to bring concepts into production. In this role, you will also help increase system reliability, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability across our product portfolio.
What you will be doing:

Developing complete electrical systems from concept to production

Designing electrical solutions and selecting the right hardware components to meet performance and cost goals

Creating clear, accurate electrical schematics that move concepts toward production

Building prototypes and leading hands-on testing to validate designs and resolve issues early

Developing production-ready documentation to support manufacturing, lifecycle management, and user manuals

Collaborating across disciplines – working closely with mechanical, software, and other domains to ensure integrated solutions that meet overall product requirements

Interfacing with suppliers and manufacturers: Communicate technical requirements to external partners and evaluate their proposals for technical feasibility
What we are looking for:
-
Extensive hands-on experience in a relevant field, with a strong history of delivering production-ready electrical systems

A proven track record of independently designing complete electrical systems in relevant applications

Ability to take a lead role in design work, owning solutions end-to-end from concept and design through testing and delivery

Solid understanding of electrical system design for in-vehicle environments, including applicable standards and best practices
Nice-to-haves:
-
A strong educational background in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, along with solid knowledge of key tools and domain fundamentals

Experience with military-grade electrical system design and component selection for demanding environments

Proven expertise in design for manufacturability, with a track record of translating designs into efficient, scalable production solutions
