A forward-looking fintech environment is seeking a Digital Assets Operations Manager to oversee the operational processes supporting digital-asset products, transactions, settlements, and service providers.

This role is designed for an experienced financial-operations professional who understands the operational discipline required when traditional financial processes intersect with blockchain-based infrastructure.

The Role

You will manage operational workflows across digital-asset activity, working with technology, finance, risk, compliance, customer operations, and external infrastructure partners.

The focus will be on accuracy, control, reconciliation, operational resilience, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes supporting digital-asset products.
• Monitor transaction and settlement workflows.
• Coordinate reconciliations between internal records, banking systems, and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and operational exceptions.
• Establish procedures for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and settlement activities.
• Work with technology teams to resolve operational incidents.
• Monitor third-party digital-asset infrastructure and service providers.
• Develop operational controls around transaction processing.
• Support compliance and risk teams with operational information.
• Maintain accurate procedures, process documentation, and escalation frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational activities.
• Produce operational performance and exception reporting for senior management.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, banking operations, digital assets, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with blockchain and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Experience working with operational controls and exception management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working across technology, finance, risk, and compliance teams.
• Strong understanding of operational risk.

Valuable Experience

Experience with digital wallets, blockchain networks, custody platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment rails, reconciliation platforms, and financial operations tooling is highly desirable.
