Role Overview
The DevOps Engineer will engineer and maintain the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, automation, monitoring, and operational environments supporting fintech applications. The role is critical to ensuring that financial platforms can be deployed rapidly while maintaining availability, security, resilience, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fintech software applications.
• Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and operational processes.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and standardized deployment environments.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability frameworks.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure and production-performance issues.
• Support highly available and fault-tolerant financial applications.
• Implement secure access controls and infrastructure-security practices.
• Collaborate with developers to improve application deployment and operational reliability.
• Design backup, recovery, and disaster-resilience procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure capacity, performance, and resource utilization.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Linux, and CI/CD technologies.
• Experience with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, monitoring, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting high-availability or transaction-intensive applications is advantageous.
