Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to strengthen the reliability, automation, deployment capability, and operational performance of modern fintech applications.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure, helping development teams deliver secure and reliable applications efficiently. This position requires strong technical expertise in automation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration-management practices.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
• Improve application reliability, scalability, and operational resilience.
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering and Security teams.
• Support incident management and technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct root-cause analysis following production incidents.
• Optimise infrastructure performance and resource utilisation.
• Implement appropriate security controls across development and deployment environments.
• Support disaster-recovery and business-continuity capabilities.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD technologies and automation.
• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong Linux, scripting, networking, and troubleshooting capabilities.
