Position Overview

We are seeking a technically capable Developer to contribute to the design, development, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of modern digital applications and software platforms. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative technology environment, translating functional requirements into reliable and scalable software solutions.

The position offers exposure to the complete software-development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering mindset and be comfortable learning new technologies as business and technical requirements evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and digital services.
• Translate business and technical requirements into efficient software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and scalable code.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.
• Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services where required.
• Investigate software defects and implement appropriate corrective solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to development-quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, engineers, and other technology professionals.
• Support automated testing and continuous integration processes.
• Monitor application performance and investigate technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to development practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrable experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, version-control systems, and software-development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and automated deployment processes is advantageous.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional English proficiency is required; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
