About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Developer to build, enhance, and maintain software solutions supporting modern financial and digital payment services.

The successful candidate will participate throughout the software-development lifecycle, from technical analysis and implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, security professionals, and other specialists to deliver reliable applications capable of supporting demanding digital environments.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving technical problems and wants to work on products where performance, scalability, security, and usability are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
• Translate technical requirements into efficient software solutions.
• Design and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Diagnose software defects and improve application performance.
• Participate in technical reviews and development planning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on new functionality.
• Support application deployment and production troubleshooting.
• Improve existing systems through refactoring and modernization.
• Contribute to documentation and development standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Go.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, version control, and software-development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and automated deployment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile development environment.
