Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Data Analyst to support business decision-making through the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of important organizational data. The successful candidate will work with different departments to transform complex information into clear insights that support operational efficiency, strategic planning, and business growth.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for identifying trends, monitoring performance indicators, improving reporting processes, and developing meaningful data-driven recommendations. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical and numerical findings clearly to managers and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support better decision-making.
• Develop regular reports and dashboards for management and business teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Support forecasting, planning, and business-performance analysis.
• Improve data quality and help maintain accurate reporting systems.
• Work with different departments to understand their analytical requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations in clear and understandable formats.
• Assist with the development of data-driven business strategies.
• Support continuous improvement in reporting and business-intelligence processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data-analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Professional English communication skills; additional Estonian language skills are beneficial.
