About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making and business intelligence activities within a growing technology-driven financial services environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support operational efficiency, customer understanding, financial performance, and long-term business growth. This position requires someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, solving problems, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will work alongside product teams, technology specialists, business leaders, and operational departments to improve how information is collected, analyzed, and used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze large volumes of business and operational data.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities within available datasets.
• Support product and business teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and communicate important findings.
• Improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop efficient data solutions.
• Present analytical findings in a clear and commercially meaningful manner.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate insights effectively.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Previous experience within fintech, banking, technology, or digital services is advantageous.
