ABOUT THE JOB

We want to hear from you if you have a knack for interpreting data, great communication skills, and a proven track record of working with customer data!

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources
• Interpret data using statistical techniques and propose actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and plan analytical approaches that create maximum value
• Build reports, dashboards, and other presentations to communicate analysis results effectively
• Analyze and establish data/project requirements, validating data at different stages of development
• Develop, implement, and maintain feedback loops to improve data extraction processes continuously
• Collaborate closely with other teams to identify and address data and analytical needs

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience working with customer data
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to understand and prioritize business needs in data analysis
• Understanding of financial industry products and Retail banking processes is an advantage
• 2+ years of experience in SQL, Knime
• Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Readiness to show initiative and take full ownership
• Ability to execute tasks both individually and in teams
• Effective communication skills and capability to work simultaneously with several stakeholders
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
