ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced Senior AML Data Analyst to help us deliver value through data. You will work with data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization, using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and KNIME. How You Will Make an Impact:

 

  • Evaluate, lead and support the development, implementation, and optimization of anti-financial crime and compliance solutions and processes
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for decision-making
  • Monitor, review, and enhance existing tools and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, incident follow-up, and solution validation
  • Contribute to automation and modernization initiatives by leveraging data analytics and technology solutions
  • Lead and participate in data analytics initiatives that support strategic objectives and long-term business goals

 

What Makes You a Great Fit:

 

  • Higher education in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization and SQL, as well as understanding of relational databases
  • Good knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and anti-financial crime processes, as well as understanding of banking products, processes and systems
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, R, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools and experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage business processes, work independently, and take initiative
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
